Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a top lemon law firm in Century City to add up to 4 more Law Clerks to their team immediately. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a fast-moving hiring process. Must not be taking July bar.

Position Details

  • Location: Century City (onsite, 5 days/week - no exceptions)
  • Schedule: 9am-5:30pm PST
  • Pay: $20-$25/hour
  • Schedule: Full-time during the school year. No exceptions
  • Start: ASAP

Requirements

  • Must be working toward getting their J.D.
  • Cannot be sitting for the July 2026 Bar or February 2027 Bar
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and able to commute daily (no exceptions)
  • Open to candidates with internship experience or entry-level backgrounds
  • Must be able to commit to full-time hours during the school year! (no exceptions, this is a long term role)

    • Prepare drafts of complaints, pleadings, declarations, discovery requests and responses.
    • Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts.
    • Create TOA/TOC's
    • Prepare trial briefs, exhibits, subpoena's, and motions.
    • Calendar and track deadlines
    • Proficient with MS office suite
